Win Tickets to LA’s Walking the Tightrope!

Remember about a month ago when I went to see the premiere of Walking the Tightrope at 24th Street Theatre in Los Angeles? I had many readers who seemed disappointed they didn’t get a chance to see it….if thats you, you’re in luck! šŸ˜‰ This wonderful, poignant family play about the delicate relationship between a young girl, her Granddad & their coming to terms with the death of her Grandma, has made all of the must see lists around SoCal, & has been extended to May 18th! I have a pair of tickets to offer you for any of the performances this April (It’s on Saturdays at 2p & 730p). To enter, just leave me a comment telling me any story you recall fondly of spending time with a relative growing up. For additional entries, please like me on Facebook, as well as share this photo from 24th Street Theatre. Enter by April 18th. I will let you know by April 19th (Friday) if you are my lucky winner! Winner will tell me which show in April they wish to attend, & their tickets will be in will call.

Looking for something fun to do this Saturday, Prefer to go in May or just don’t want to wait to see if you win? Tickets are still available! Get more info here…..& that photo above you just shared? That getsĀ $2 off for you! šŸ™‚

The first memory that comes to mind is how special my grandpa (I called him “Tata”) made me feel when I came to visit. He would get up early with me in the morning and make me breakfast. He called pancakes “flap jacks” and he would have me sit at the table and serve me.
